  1. Where do you get the right iso? Can you suggest a link? I am able to find android-x86-8.1-r2, but I cannot get past the following.

    " Detecting Android-x86… found at /dev/sda1

    x86_64:/ #_
    "

Even after taking the suggested fixes from other comments, it will not get past this. It just keeps rebooting. Any suggestions?

  6. To fix the "x86_64:/ #_" problem (boot screen not showing up):
    Go to the VM's settings
    Go to "Display" tab
Change graphics controller to "VBoxVGA" or "VboxSVGA".
    Start up the VM again.
    Now it should work!

  13. Overall Good Video. But dosn't cover the network card. Android likes to use Wi-Fi. I'm trying to figure out that issue now.
