Now it is possible to use your old Android phone as a proxy server. You can set it up at your home’s network and you will be able to use your network’s I.P address anywhere. You can also connect to the proxy server from a mobile internet-enabled device. In order to set up the server, you will need basic port forwarding skills. This video will make it easy.
