Here’s a few sessions in week 3 of my program BUILD for the Sweat 12 Week Challenge!
These were my first two sessions in the week which included a squat workout with some lower body accessories as well as a back and shoulder workout.
This is a great example into my training style which combines a mixture of both powerlifting and bodybuilding (powerbuilding).
