Here’s a few sessions in week 3 of my program BUILD for the Sweat 12 Week Challenge!

These were my first two sessions in the week which included a squat workout with some lower body accessories as well as a back and shoulder workout.

This is a great example into my training style which combines a mixture of both powerlifting and bodybuilding (powerbuilding).

  3. Hey steph!! Would love your advice! I was always told to keep my neck straight when doing SL deadlifts but when you do them you look up (which i’d prefer to do as it makes me feel sick) was wondering your opinion on this? X
