Ionic 2 – Universal Windows Platform



I will show you how to build UWP apps from our existing Ionic 2 project. We

will also deploy our UWP application to Windows 10 emulator.

  1. you just modify .xml then ionic build windows –prod –release and that
    will get you the windows .apk? where do yo publish the app is there
    something like googlePlayStore?
    Also i dont have visual studio, do i need it?

  2. hi thanks for the video i have a problem i want to emulate on git bash using ¨ionic emulate windows¨ everything works great til it shows up a message saying that I need to install a certificate of signature and nothing happen could u help me please

    I have been getting the same error, or if a I change the windows version in config.xml to a slightly different number then the app deploys onto an emulator, but only shows a white screen.

    Ionic App Lib Version: 2.1.7
    Ionic App Scripts Version: 0.
    ios-deploy version: Not insta
    ios-sim version: Not installe

    Node Version: v7.2.0
    Xcode version: Not installed
