Akasa has probably announced some of the most spectacular cases for the popular Raspberry Pi single-board computer. The solutions combined in the Gem series are designed to install the Raspberry Pi 4.

New items have an attractive appearance with an unusually designed top panel. The cases are made of anodized aluminum, and the kit includes thermal pads and aluminum blocks to remove heat from elements of a single-board computer.

The Akasa Gem (A-RA09-M1S) and Akasa Gem Pro (A-RA09-M2S) models are presented. Both have dimensions of 96 × 75.6 × 34.3 mm. Slots for slots are provided for the USB Type-C port, two Micro HDMI connectors, a composite video output, two USB 2.0 ports and two USB 3.0 ports, as well as an Ethernet network jack.

The Akasa Gem Pro version is additionally equipped with slots for outputting various interfaces and for a microSD card.

Based on the cases, you can create full-fledged mini-computers with the Raspberry Pi 4 board, a set of necessary connectors and the ability to display images simultaneously on two displays.
