ASUS has supported its users during the coronavirus pandemic by launching a new promotion together with the ASUS24 Official Service Center.
As part of the promotion, which runs from October 20 to November 30, owners of ASUS notebooks living in Moscow or the Moscow region will not pay for the delivery of devices to the service center and back. The promotion applies to all ASUS notebooks purchased in the Russian Federation, both with a valid warranty and for those whose warranty period has already expired.
After completing the application on the website of the official service center, a courier will come to pick up the laptop. He will take the device to a service center and deliver it back after repair free of charge. To participate in the promotion, you must submit an application on the official website of the service center asus24.ru.
ASUS cares about its customers and encourages everyone to stay at home whenever possible during the COVID-19 pandemic. The new promotion will allow owners of ASUS notebooks not to leave their homes if their devices need service.
For everyone who makes an appeal to the service center through the site, a service discount of 10% will be valid. For customers who made an application before November 21, laptop diagnostics are free.
