About a month ago, we announced that Samsung was going to release a new Galaxy M31s smartphone with an AMOLED screen and a 128 GB flash drive. The closer the announcement of the device, the more information about it began to appear. Recently, the device has received the certificate of the international concern TÜV Rheinland.
The battery was tested, confirming the early rumors about its volume. The certificate states that the model number of the battery is EB-BM317ABY. It partially repeats the model identifier of the smartphone itself – SM-M317F. In addition, the certificate confirms that the battery capacity is 6000 mAh, as in the original model. Earlier it was reported that the new product will also receive support for fast charging power of 15 watts.
Unfortunately, the new leak does not contain other information about the device. Early rumors attributed the Galaxy M31s to four main camera modules. At the same time, the resolution of the main one, like that of the usual Galaxy M31 model, introduced in February this year, will be 64 megapixels.
About two weeks ago, the device was spotted in the Geekbench database. Thanks to this, it became known that the smartphone is based on the eight-core Exynos 9611 processor, has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of permanent memory, and is also running the Android 10 operating system.
It is difficult to say exactly when Samsung is going to introduce the Galaxy M31s. But based on information about the launches of previous Galaxy M30 and Galaxy M30s models, it can be assumed that the announcement is worth waiting for in August – September.
