Corsair has unveiled the new Corsair MP400 series of M.2 NVMe drives with PCIe 3.0 x4. The novelties are built on 3D QLC NAND flash memory, which is capable of storing four bits per cell. New items are presented in volumes of 1, 2 and 4 TB. A little later, the company is also going to replenish this series with an 8 TB model.
The new SSD series features high data transfer rates of up to 3400 MB / s sequential read and 3000 MB / s sequential write.
Like all Corsair SSDs, the MP400 models offer support for the Corsair SSD Toolbox software, allowing you to conveniently and securely erase and update firmware right from your desktop. The Corsair MP400 has a declared resource of up to 1600 TB and a five-year warranty.
The younger model of the MP400 drive with a volume of 1 TB was estimated by Corsair at $ 130. The 2 TB model is priced at $ 265. The manufacturer estimated the 4 TB variant at $ 610. And the model with a capacity of 8 TB is estimated at $ 1380.
