Veeam Software today announced the appointment of Danny Allan as CTO and Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product Strategy. Alan, who received the promotion
Following his previous position as Vice President of Product Strategy, he will lead the Veeam Group and Global Product Strategy Initiative. The company said he would take over

Mr. Danny has been working in technology for over 20 years. In his previous position as Vice President of Product Strategy, Alan was responsible for developing and disseminating Veeam’s vision for
cloud data management, collaboration with corporate clients and major service providers to evaluate and ensure the long-term success of the industry. Before that, it was the main technical

Early in his career, Alan served as Director of Security Studies at IBM and was on the Security Architecture Board, where he co-authored IBM Secure
Engineering Framework. He holds several patents for cloud computing and security software.
