Dell today unveiled the latest Alienware gaming PCs at CES 2021. These include the updated Alienware m15 and m17 laptops with NVIDIA GeForce 30-series GPUs.
Although the processors remained the same – they belong to the Intel Comet Lake H family (Intel Core i9-10980HK or i7-10870H) – laptops received faster DDR4 memory with a frequency of 2933 MHz (before that – 2666 MHz) with a volume of 8-32 GB and SSD- PCIe storage up to 4TB. The fourth generation Advanced Alienware Cryo-Tech cooling technology is responsible for ensuring the temperature regime in the new products.
The m17 has a 17.3-inch Full HD display with a refresh rate of up to 360 Hz, while the m15 model comes with a screen with a refresh rate of up to 300 Hz. Higher resolutions are also available, as both models have a 4K 60Hz option. It should be noted that only a 15.6-inch model is available with an OLED screen, as 17.3-inch OLED panels are not in production yet.
Both models run Windows 10 Home or Pro. The new items will be available starting January 26, starting at $ 2,149.99 in Lunar Light or Dark Side of the Moon.
