HP has announced the Envy 14 laptop, built on Intel Tiger Lake hardware platform. The novelty will go on sale by the end of this month at an estimated price of $ 1000.

The laptop received a 14-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:10. Brightness is 400 cd / m22; 100% sRGB color space coverage. Support for touch control has been implemented.
Used processor Core i5-1135G7, which contains four cores (eight instruction streams) with a clock speed of up to 4.2 GHz. Graphics processing is occupied by a discrete NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q accelerator with 4 GB of GDDR6 memory.

The laptop carries 16 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM, a 256 GB M.2 PCIe solid-state drive, W-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless adapters. There are Thunderbolt 4 and USB 3.0 Type-A ports, standard audio jack, HDMI 2.0 and microSD slot.

Among others, it is worth highlighting a fingerprint scanner, a backlit keyboard and a Bang & Olufsen audio system with stereo speakers.
The dimensions of the novelty are 313 × 224 × 18 mm, weight – 1.6 kg. The claimed battery life on a single charge of the battery reaches 16.5 hours.
