Last week, Sony began sending out PlayStation 5 to the press and bloggers. They have already shown the unboxing of the console and demonstrated its appearance in detail. But the curious details do not end there. One of these was recently shared by the editor of the PressFire.no portal Erik Fossum. In his personal microblog, he showed how adaptive triggers work in DualSense.
The journalist published a short video in which he tries to pull the trigger of the PlayStation 5 controller. Eric Fossum did not succeed immediately, as triggers have resistance. Developers can programmatically customize it in their games to improve the immersion and feel of specific actions. In the video below, you can see how the button resists until the editor put in enough effort.

The described feature of DualSense can be used, for example, when shooting. The developers are free to adjust the resistance of the triggers when interacting with each gun. Then the difference during use will be felt even more.
PlayStation 5 sales in Russia will start on November 19. The price of the console is 37,999 rubles. for the option without an optical drive and 46,999 rubles. for the version with a floppy drive.
