The Czech independent studio Nepos Games on the official website of the digital distribution service Steam has announced the release date of its old-school urban planning strategy Nebuchadnezzar.
Nebuchadnezzar will go on sale February 17, 2021, exclusively for PC (Steam, GOG). Pre-ordering the game is not yet available – the developers urge you to add the project to your wishlist.
“Circle this day on your calendar, share the news and get ready to rule your city in Nebuchadnezzar!” – the creators of the project turned to potential buyers.
On the occasion of the announcement, Nepos Games also published a fresh trailer for Nebuchadnezzar, in which it showed an updated gameplay compared to previous demos.
We will remind, Nebuchadnezzar offers to take on the role of the ruler of Ancient Mesopotamia. As part of the story campaign, users will have to manage the iconic cities of the past.
Players will have to monitor production, solve problems, take care of the population, trade with other settlements, and engage in foreign policy. The developers promise that the gameplay will suit both beginners and veterans of the genre.
Among other things, Nebuchadnezzar claims support for custom modifications. Players will be able to create their own buildings, goods, maps, missions and even entire campaigns.
