MonsterLabo has announced The Beast computer case, designed to create a powerful desktop system with passive cooling and zero noise.
The novelty is made of aluminum and glass. Inside are two giant cooling radiators weighing 3 kg. Each one contains ten 6mm heat pipes.
In passive mode, the system can handle heat dissipation from the CPU with a TDP of up to 150W and from the graphics chip with a TDP of up to 250W. In the case of additional installation of a pair of 140 mm fans, TDP values can reach 250 and 320 W, respectively.
The case accepts ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. The discrete graphics accelerator can be up to 290mm in length. Inside you can place up to four 3.5-inch drives or up to eight 2.5-inch drives.
The interface panel has headphone and microphone jacks, a USB Type-C connector, two USB 2.0 and USB 3.2 Gen1 ports. Dimensions are 450 × 380 × 210 mm. The developer prefers not to name the weight, saying only that the body is heavy.
