Neon White card action platformer from the creator of Donut County will be released in winter on PC and Switch

Annapurna Interactive Publisher and Donut County Developer Ben Esposito presented a new joint project – the dynamic first-person action platformer Neon White.

Neon White takes place in Heaven. The players get the role of the hitman Neon White, who has the opportunity to exchange his permanent registration from Hell to Paradise.

To get a chance for redemption, the hero will have to compete with other demon hunters. At the same time, White’s competitors seem vaguely familiar – quite possibly echoes of a past life.

The gameplay of Neon White is tied to the management of the so-called soul cards. For collecting these items, the hero gets the opportunity to attack opponents, and for the release – “Unique ability to move”

Neon White offers “Set records by cleverly combining cards for powerful accelerations”while discovering the secrets of Heaven and interacting with other assassins to get to know them better.

In their microblog, the developers clarified that we are talking about single player adventure with 100% handcrafted levels and without any roguelike elements

The release of Neon White is expected this winter on PC (Steam) and Nintendo Switch. The game page has already appeared in the Valve digital distribution service, but so far there is only a description of the project and a few screenshots.
