The upcoming Samsung smart watches of the next generation continue to acquire information. Data on the new product, according to network sources, appeared on the website of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission of Thailand (NBTC).
Today it is known that the gadget will be available in versions of 41 and 45 mm. Both will go on sale in versions that support 4G / LTE cellular and only support Wi-Fi.
Previously, it was assumed that the new product will be called Galaxy Watch 2 or Galaxy Watch Active 3. But NBTC data indicates that the watch is called Galaxy Watch 3. The device has a code designation SM-R855F – this is a 41-millimeter version with 4G / LTE support.
The device is credited with the presence of a ruggedized case (MIL-STD 810G standard) with protection against moisture, a rotating rim around the display, 8 GB of flash memory and a battery with support for 5-watt wireless charging.
As for the set of sensors, they, in addition to traditional indicators (the number of steps taken, calories burned, etc.), will make it possible to measure the level of blood pressure and record an electrocardiogram. The official announcement of the new items is likely to take place in the third quarter.
