Microsoft and Rare have announced the addition of dogs in the next update to the online action-adventure Sea of Thieves. They can be picked up and scratched their ears.
Previously, Sea of Thieves introduced cats, and in September the developers will delight dog fans too. Rare also said that next month’s update will include bug fixes and other new features. One of them is a permanent new quest type from the Gold Miners faction.
In addition, Sea of Thieves producer Joe Neate, in a discussion with IGN, revealed that Steam users are currently between 20 and 30% of the pirate action adventure audience. The project is more and more popular every year, and Rare has “Huge plans” for the game. So, next year will greatly surprise Sea of Thieves fans – they will have big surprises.
In July this year, Rare shared that more than 15 million players are ripping through the Sea of Thieves. At that time, over 1 million copies had already been sold on Steam, where the project went on sale on June 3. The game was originally released on Xbox One and PC (Microsoft Store) in 2018.
