The creator of the Stardew Valley farming simulator Eric Barone revealed that in Update 1.5 he will add a split screen mode for four people. Although the project has had a co-op function for some time now, you will soon be able to find out for sure that none of your comrades are tinkering with trivia.

Baron has provided screenshot of co-op on Twitter. In a follow-up post, the developer said that while all platforms will be able to play together with a split screen, only on a PC will you be able to invite three more people. However, attentive gamers have noticed that the screenshots show much more. It turned out that the Baron’s record hides a number of new features. For example, desert farms, chests, decorations, and the ability to light torches on the fence.
