Axis Communications Announces Personnel Changes in Russian Office: Stanislav Gucia, who has held the position of Chief Customer Officer, appointed Business Development Director
Citilog in Russia and the CIS. Stanislav’s top priority in finding a new position is finding partners and promoting Citilog products to potential users, including city services and
organizations implementing Smart City projects.
Stanislav Gucia has 30 years of international experience in sales and project management in the chemical and information technology sectors. In 1986 he graduated from Chemical
Faculty of St. Petersburg State University, specializing in chemical analyst, and then engaged in research, including the development of biosensors for medical and food
under the direction of Professor Gillis Johansson at the University of Lund (Sweden).
From 1997 to 1999, Stanislav trained at the Swedish Trade Representative Office in Stockholm, specializing in International Trader, then changed the chemical industry to IT and took a position
regional manager at C-Technologies. In 2003, Stanislav opened the Scandinavian branch of the Russian company ABBYY, which deals with solutions in the field of intellectual processing
information, text recognition and linguistics.
He joined the Axis Communications team in 2005 as regional manager in Russia and the CIS countries. In 2007, he held the position of CEO of the Russian branch
Since 2009, he has headed the business development department and worked with key clients of the company.
