DigiTimes expects that all iPhone 12 models will be launched next month, but it is unclear whether this means that they will be released to the market at the same time. At the moment, it is not even known whether Apple will introduce an entire new family in September. However, an analyst with Ming-Chi Kuo said earlier that older mmWave 5G-enabled models will hit the market later due to delayed shipments of some components caused by the coronavirus pandemic. It is assumed that the younger iPhone 12 will go on sale in time, which will receive 5G support with a frequency below 6 GHz.

It is expected that this fall Apple will introduce four new iPhone models, one of which will receive a 5.4-inch screen, two will be equipped with 6.1-inch displays, and the largest smartphone in the family will receive a 6.7-inch matrix. According to preliminary data, all four devices will be equipped with OLED screens, will receive support for fifth-generation networks, a reduced cutout in the display, and a LiDAR sensor.
