In March of this year, HMD Global announced a mid-range smartphone Nokia 5.3, a detailed review of which can be found in our material. As it has now become known, this device will soon have a successor.
Let’s remind the key features of Nokia 5.3. This is a 6.55-inch HD + display (1600 × 720 pixels), a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, up to 6 GB of RAM and a 64 GB flash drive. An 8-megapixel camera is installed in front, and the main camera has a configuration of 13 + 5 + 2 + 2 million pixels.
The successor to Nokia 5.3, according to internet sources, will be called Nokia 5.4. The device will be equipped with a display with a small opening for the front camera: the screen size will be about 6.4 inches diagonally.
Compared to its predecessor, the novelty will be able to boast of a more powerful processor, but the exact model of the chip has not been disclosed. One of the Qualcomm Snapdragon products is likely involved.
The equipment will include at least 4 GB of RAM, a quadruple main camera and a flash drive with a capacity of 64/128 GB. Initially, customers will be able to choose between blue and magenta options, and in the future, the range of colors will expand. The announcement is expected before the end of this year.
