Warner Bros. Games and Turtle Rock studio debuted the co-op shooter Back 4 Blood at The Game Awards 2020. The video was accompanied by a message that a closed alpha version of the project on PC will soon become available. Now the developer showed Back 4 Blood in even more detail and at the same time launched the “alpha”.
During yesterday’s broadcast of the game, Turtle Rock Studios showed in more detail Back 4 Blood. You can watch the recording of the stream below. In it, four characters are fighting hordes of zombies. Basically, the studio just does what it does well, since it was they who developed Left 4 Dead. Back 4 Blood also supports an eight-player PvP multiplayer mode.
Right after the broadcast, closed alpha testing of Back 4 Blood began on PC, which will last until December 21. But before the release of the full version of the game will have to wait – the release of the cooperative zombie first-person shooter is scheduled for June 22, 2021 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5.
Recall that the action of Back 4 Blood takes place after the outbreak of an epidemic, as a result of which most of the people died, and the rest became infected with a parasitic devil worm. Inspired by the struggle for the remnants of humanity, the veterans have united in a group called the Cleaners to fight a terrifying enemy and cleanse the world of the walking dead.
