TP-Link Deco X60 Mesh System brings Wi-Fi connectivity to large homes

TP-Link has announced the Deco X60 Wi-Fi 6 Mesh System, which aims to provide uninterrupted Wi-Fi coverage in large homes or apartments.

While conventional routers distribute Wi-Fi from one point, Mesh systems have several of them (depending on the number of modules installed). The device connected to the internet cable is the main one. The rest of the modules receive and retransmit the signal of the main device (via Wi-Fi 6 or Ethernet cable) without reducing the bandwidth. The result is an efficient Wi-Fi network with wide coverage and high bandwidth.

In the case of Deco X60, the data transfer rate reaches 2402 Mbps in the 5 GHz band and 574 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band. Two units provide coverage up to 460 m2, three – up to 650 m2

Any gadget, such as a smartphone or tablet, will automatically connect to the module with the best signal anywhere in the house, providing an uninterrupted and fastest connection – even when moving.

The lack of high ping will delight users during online games and video conferencing. Protect your home network with TP-Link HomeCare’s suite of features. The system is easily configured and operated via the accompanying Deco app.
