Phanteks introduced the Eclipse P500A DRGB computer case, which will be offered in two versions – all black and white with black accents.
The novelty allows the use of motherboards in ATX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX and E-ATX formats. Expansion slots are made according to the “7 + 3” scheme, so vertical installation of a massive graphics accelerator is possible.
You can use up to 13 drives in the system: these are ten 3.5 / 2.5-inch devices and three more 2.5-inch devices. The limitation on the length of video cards is an impressive 435 mm, along the length of the power supply – 250 mm.
Behind the mesh front panel are three 140-mm D-RGB fans with addressable multi-color illumination. You can control its operation through a motherboard with ASUS Aura Sync technology, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, ASRock PolyChrome Sync and MSI Mystic Light Sync. The side wall is made of tempered glass.
The cooling system can include up to seven 120-mm fans or up to six 140-mm fans. When using liquid cooling, a radiator of the format up to 420 mm can be fixed in front, up to 360 mm on the top, and up to 140 mm in the back. The height of the processor cooler can reach 190 mm.
Dimensions of the case are 510 × 505 × 240 mm. Two USB 3.0 ports, a USB Type-C connector and a standard audio jack are displayed on the top panel.
