About three weeks ago, the presentation of the ZTE Axon 20 5G took place – the world’s first smartphone with a camera hidden under the screen. And now the second commercial device with such a selfie module is presented.
It was the Vsmart Aris Pro smartphone, announced by an unexpected developer – the Vietnamese company VinSmart. A 20-megapixel image sensor is hidden behind the display of the device. It is alleged that specialists from the VinAI research institute in the field of artificial intelligence took part in creating the algorithms for this camera.
The screen itself has a size of 6.39 inches diagonally and has a resolution of FHD + (2340 × 1080 pixels). The Snapdragon 730 processor is used, functioning in tandem with 8 GB of RAM.
The rear camera has received a four-piece configuration. This is a 64-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel unit with wide-angle optics, an 8-megapixel module with 2x optical zoom, and a 2-megapixel macro module.
The smartphone carries on board a flash drive with a capacity of 128 GB. A 4000 mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0 is used.
The device is equipped with an operating system Android 10. The novelty is offered in blue, black, green and gray color options for the price of 430 US dollars.
