“MyOffice” announced the first delivery of licenses for the needs of the subject of critical information infrastructure. Branch RFNC-VNIIEF “NIIIS named after Yu.E. Sedakov ”(a structure of the State Atomic Energy Corporation“ Rosatom ”), as part of a project to protect office workstations, acquired 400 licenses of the software“ MyOffice Standard Certified ”.
NIIIS was the first enterprise of ROSATOM to implement a project to protect office workstations with certified software. The Institute is engaged in research, development and production of high-tech equipment, and therefore makes high demands on the reliability and safety of software products.
The institute has acquired perpetual certified licenses with the right to receive updates for three years. Under the terms of the licenses, as well as in accordance with the requirements of FSTEC Order No. 239 “On Approval of Requirements for Ensuring the Security of Significant Objects of Critical Information Infrastructure of the Russian Federation”, the buyer of MyOffice products receives a guaranteed unlimited right to receive updates upon detection of critical vulnerabilities.
The product “MyOffice Standard Certified” is designed to work with documents and e-mail at enterprises with increased requirements for information security. The product has passed the complex of tests of FSTEC RF and received a certificate of compliance with the 4th level of confidence This allows the use of “MyOffice Standard Certified” at significant objects of critical information infrastructure (CII).
FSTEC RF certification confirms the compliance of software products with current information security requirements, and also guarantees timely correction and provision of software security updates. The presence of the FSTEC of Russia certificate allows customers to simplify the creation of information security subsystems through the use of built-in certified protection mechanisms, as well as to reduce the cost of implementation and operation.
